Mind Over Matter is a TV Talk Show founded by Imana TV Productions LTD. The creator of the show is: Anastasia Frangoulis. It is a show based on mental health and it involves interviews with real life people and celebrities to share their struggles on what they have experienced and how they overcame it. They also will give the best coping mechanisms on how to cope. The TV Show also involves mental health games and challenges. The shows purpose is to raise mental health awareness across the world and the UK.
The show is filmed locally in Uxbridge at London Media Lounge Studios and tackles the subject of mental health and raises awareness with guests and celebrities with their stories of mental health and suicide through mental health.
Former X Factor star Stevie Ritchie interviewed Z and Saffire about how Z lost his Sister to suicide when she failed to recieve help for severe mental health problems and Anastasia asked the couple if they would love to be on board as presenters and they decided to do just that
The TV Show has various different guests including former Love Island star Goffy and other presenters on each episode and an episode is released every month. Episode 5 was released end of July 2023. Most talk shows are based on either fashion or celebrities but this is a talk show based on mental health and there is nothing like this out there. It is a good cause to share. Not everyone likes to share their mental health story and this is a good way for people to share their concerns and what they are going through and to get the help they need.
It has been a journey for some people and hearing their stories has been amazing and how they overcame it. Mind Over Matter was founded in 2022 and we are hoping for it to go on Netflix / Amazon Prime and Channel 4.
It will appear on the red carpet at London Fashion week in September 2023 in collaboration with Beautifully Diverse Fashion where we can promote the show more and bring it more awareness and publicity.
The show has gained a lot of interest and has since been aired on Dailymotion, Roku, Odysee and is available on Smart TV and other Devices
Anastasia has also written a book also titled Mind Over Matter available on Amazon Books
